Tent Setup and Decoration Support for 2026

Turning an open field into a festival takes many hands. We're looking for volunteers to help set up the tents and seating, and to bring the altar and grounds to life with traditional decoration.

How You Can Help

  • Putting up tents and arranging the seating layout.
  • Decorating the altar, backdrop and grounds in traditional style.
  • Doing a general safety and readiness check of the site before the festival begins.
  • Lending a hand wherever else is needed on setup day.
